Summary

This transaction allows you to send an e-mail to the Commission des transports du Québec from a secure environment. It is possible to send attached documents if need be.

Steps to send a secure e-mail

1-Enter your information

The panorama allows you to enter your contact information, the purpose of your message and the content of your e-mail.

2-Attach documents (if desired)

If you want, it is possible to send attached documents; to do this:

• Choose the document to be sent by cliking on "Choose file".
• Click on "Attach" to attach the document. It is possible to join several documents by repeating these steps.

To remove a document, select the document and click on "Remove from list".

3-Send the e-mail

After all the information has been entered, click on "Send". A panorama will confirm the reception of your e-mail.

It is possible to transmit several documents at the same time. However, the maximum size of all documents cannot exceed 25 megabytes (MB).

The accepted document formats are: TXT, RTF, HTM, HTML, DOC, DOCX, PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, BMP, GIF, TIFF, JPEG and ZIP.
